As a member of the Pastor's Aid Board at Heart to Heart International Ministries, your role is vital in supporting Bishop Taylor in practical, emotional, and spiritual ways. Your responsibilities ensure that he can lead the congregation effectively and that services run smoothly.
Welcome Duties During Church Service:

Extend warm greetings to the congregation at the beginning of the service.

Assist in maintaining a welcoming and inviting atmosphere throughout the service.
Altar Duties:
-
Hold and prepare the anointing oil for Bishop Taylor during altar services.

Assist at the altar during prayer and ministry time, ensuring all necessary items are readily available.

Support in maintaining a reverent and organized atmosphere during altar calls.
Benediction Support:
-
Standby to assist Bishop Taylor as needed during the benediction.

Ensure all closing activities are conducted smoothly.
Personal Pastor’s Duties:

Regularly stock the Bishop’s refrigerator with his preferred beverages and snacks.

Maintain the pulpit area, ensuring supplies such as lotion, mints, Kleenex, and water are available.

Prepare the Bishop’s personal items before each service, ensuring everything is in place and easily accessible.

The Administration Ministry exists to support the church through excellence in administrative and clerical work, partnering with church leaders, members, and staff to help accomplish our mission and vision. In this role, the administrator extends the ministry of HHIM Church beyond the office—serving our employees, our congregation, and the surrounding community with diligence, organization, and care. We are strengthening the church through faithful administration.

Must be Saved, declaring Jesus is Lord, and be called to serve

Be an active member of HHIM Church, demonstrating love and concern for all people

Must be pleasant, discreet, tactful, and capable of honoring confidential communications of all kinds

Must have general knowledge of all office equipment and supplies, and a willingness to further their training

Must show a willing attitude of Christian service to their position and its responsibilities

Must possess excellent verbal and communication skills

Must be able to deal with various types of personalities, both on the phone and in person, in a professional manner

Perform general office work, edit, and proofread under the supervision of Bishop & Elder Corliss Waites and in cooperation with other staff members
